Archiving (called

backup) is the process of data backup to protect them from loss as a result of random events such as fl ood, fire, burglary, hardware or software failure, or erase them from the user. The concept of archiving is also understood the pr ocess of moving data from computer systems to other media in order to reduce the amount of data, for example, already unnecessary in the main computer system (database). Archiving can include both the data created and stored directly by the user (text documents, images, videos, databases, etc.
